Our methodological approach lets us fully understand what solutions our clients really need. We believe that a crucial part of any design process is the initial design brainstorming between the client and the designer. We work directly with all of our clients, implementing a variety of ideas they have in mind. We then carefully craft a look that will reflect their needs, expectations and personality to create a stunning space in the end.

Meet & Greet

We meet the client and get to know their requirements before proceeding any further with the design process. This lets us fully understand the client’s expectations and lets us set achievable goals for the project.

Brainstorm Ideas

We unleash our thirsty minds to do a lot of research and ideation before coming up with plans and spatial analysis. This allows us to comprehend the client’s requirements and lets us activate our creative blocks throughout the design process.

Prototype & Design

We then start prototyping different ideas, sketch them out, and create mood boards, material boards, concepts, 3Ds and layouts. We make drafts and settle on one. This lets us give options to the client to choose the idea of their liking.

Presentation

We present the concepts to the client explaining the design, materiality, and why it works the best for their space. We spend most of our time explaining things to the client and clarifying their doubts if any.

Review & Revise

By considering the client’s feedback from the previous step, we revise the layouts and designs if the client wishes and build more on the ones that the client has finalised.

Execute

We then proceed to the execution phase where our principal architect along with our design team is directly involved with the execution on the site. This is the phase where we give life to all our designs and bring render to reality.

F F & E

FF&E is the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. This is the final phase of our design process where we guide the client in picking the best FF&E from the ocean of options available from our Living Avenue Furniture And Interiors store that fits the client’s space.
